Access Transparency
Now in beta, Access Transparency gives customers near real-time logs when Google Cloud Platform admins access their content. This further helps customers gain visibility over what happens to their data on Google Cloud.
beta機能のAccess TransparencyはGCPの管理者がコンテンツにアクセスしたときにリアルタイムなログを提供します. この機能によりカスタマーはGoogle Cloud上のデータに何が起こるかを把握できます.
GCPの管理者というのは, 例えばGCPのサポートにおけるサポートエンジニアとか, 要するにGoogleの中の人を指すようです. 今まではAudit Logにも反映されてなかったんですね.

Now in beta, billing reports let customers view GCP usage costs at a glance, as well as discover and analyze trends.

Programmatic budget notifications
With this beta release, customers can now receive budget notifications programmatically, in addition to the current email-only alerts.
予算アラートは現在メールのみですが, プログラムで予算通知を受け取る機能がベータリリースされています.
Pub/Subで受け取るみたいですね. コンソールから設定できるようになっています.
